Consultation
Clients first get to talk with one of our Account Executives, who will go over the details of the project with them. Bayou Internet actively works with clients; we know the importance of understanding their vision, needs and expectations. We'll only start working on the proposal once we're sure we know exactly what the project requirements are.
Proposal
We start working on a proposal for the project. Project timelines and checklists are prepared and then submitted to the client for approval. Next comes submission of the Service Agreement, a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Project Contract. After the client approves the proposal and all the paper work is done, work on the project starts immediately.
Development
The Bayou Internet design/programming team starts work on the project promptly. Design layouts are prepared, content is developed, your program systems are set up. Some preliminary testing will also be done. The Account Executive will regularly get in touch with the client for progress updates.
Testing
Once the client is satisfied with the web design and/or program, formal testing starts. Comprehensive testing of the functionality and overall quality of the project is done by the Web Development team and the client. All issues are addressed and revisions are implemented as the web site is prepared for launch.
Completion
The web site goes live on the World Wide Web. Site marketing and search engine submissions are done. |
